🧾 Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Veerraaj Roasted Peanuts (unsalted)

  • ¼ cup grated fresh coconut (or frozen)

  • 1–2 green chilies (adjust to taste)

  • 1 small piece of ginger (optional)

  • Salt to taste

  • Water as needed

For Tempering:

  • 1 tsp oil (coconut or any cooking oil)

  • ½ tsp mustard seeds

  • 1–2 dried red chilies

  • 5–6 curry leaves

  • A pinch of hing (asafoetida)


🍳 Instructions:

  1. In a blender, add peanuts, coconut, green chilies, ginger, and salt. Add a little water and grind into a smooth paste.

  2. Adjust consistency by adding more water as needed.

  3. Transfer the chutney to a serving bowl.

  4. In a small pan, heat oil. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Then add red chilies, curry leaves, and hing.

  5. Pour the tempering over the chutney and mix.
