🧾 Ingredients:

½ cup Veerraaj Roasted Peanuts (unsalted)

¼ cup grated fresh coconut (or frozen)

1–2 green chilies (adjust to taste)

1 small piece of ginger (optional)

Salt to taste

Water as needed
For Tempering:

1 tsp oil (coconut or any cooking oil)

½ tsp mustard seeds
-
1–2 dried red chilies
-
5–6 curry leaves
-
A pinch of hing (asafoetida)
🍳 Instructions:

In a blender, add peanuts, coconut, green chilies, ginger, and salt. Add a little water and grind into a smooth paste.

Adjust consistency by adding more water as needed.

Transfer the chutney to a serving bowl.

In a small pan, heat oil. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Then add red chilies, curry leaves, and hing.

Pour the tempering over the chutney and mix.
